Ok, so this is super easy.
Buy a stale/on sale loaf of French Bagette (or whatever you prefer)
Create a mixture of…
1/2 Cup butter. More butter is definitely acceptable.
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Pinch of Thyme and Rosemary.
Garlic, garlic powder or garlic… salt to taste. (I used powder and salt combo)
Mix until soft. I let it sit for a while on the counter.
Cut bread into inch thick slices. Use a basting brush to coat the edges, top and bottom of each piece with extra virgin olive oil.
Spread you butter mixture on top.
Throw it in the oven for 15 minutes at 375.
